DDR5 6400 (PC5 51200) requires a motherboard and CPU memory controller rated for this data rate. If the platform tops out at a lower speed the modules will downclock to the highest supported JEDEC or XMP/EXPO profile. The 1.40V operating voltage is above base DDR5 voltage so adequate cooling airflow around the heat spreaders is necessary. Timing of 32-39-39 is fixed at the XMP/EXPO profile.
