The Kingston KC600 is a 2.5-inch internal solid-state drive with 1TB capacity. It uses 3D TLC NAND and a Silicon Motion SM2259 controller with 1GB DRAM cache. Sequential reads reach up to 550 MBps and writes up to 520 MBps. Random 4K performance hits 90,000 read IOPS and 80,000 write IOPS.
