It uses a 2.5-inch, 15mm form factor with a single-port U.2/U.3 connector and Kioxia BiCS FLASH generation 5 TLC memory. The drive targets hyperscale deployments that demand consistent performance in 24x7 environments.

PCIe 5.0 x4 interface limits
