The Lenovo ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 runs on a six-core AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS processor with 16 MB of L3 cache. It ships with 8 GB of DDR5 4800 memory and a 256 GB solid-state drive. The 16.0-inch non-touch display delivers a 1920 x 1200 resolution in a 16:10 aspect ratio. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed for business environments.

Sustained workload behaviour

Under continuous load the integrated AMD Radeon 660M graphics share system memory with the CPU, so performance scales with the 8 GB DDR5 pool. The 6-core processor maintains clocks across extended compile, rendering or multitasking sessions without the short-burst spikes seen in burst-oriented designs. Memory can be expanded to 64 GB if workloads outgrow the factory configuration.

Thermals, noise and power draw

The chassis uses a standard air-cooling solution that keeps surface temperatures comfortable during typical office tasks such as document editing, video calls and web browsing. Fan noise remains low in light use and rises only when the CPU and integrated GPU are both heavily utilised. The 1000 Mbps Ethernet, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 controllers add minimal thermal load.
