Storage and memory limits

The single 500 GB hard drive spins at 7200 RPM and provides the only factory-installed mass storage, so users with large project libraries will need external or upgraded drives. Memory operates at 2400 MHz and the 16 GB ECC configuration fills the available slots, meaning any capacity increase requires replacing modules rather than adding to them. The optical bay houses a DVD±RW burner instead of a second drive caddy.
