Purpose and fit

This silicone thermal pad measures 120 by 20 millimetres with a 1.5 millimetre thickness and delivers 12.8 W/mK thermal conductivity. It is designed for builders and technicians who need a non-conductive, non-curing gap filler for laptops, graphics cards, CPUs or LED coolers where a single 15 gram pad covers the required area.

Thermals, noise and power

The pad operates continuously from minus 40 to plus 200 degrees Celsius and withstands short excursions to 400 degrees Celsius. Its 3.1 grams per cubic centimetre density and 30 to 55 Shore C hardness let it compress evenly, eliminating air gaps without adding electrical risk or pump-out over time. No moving parts mean zero acoustic contribution.

What the pad changes

Electrical insulation exceeds 9.8 kilovolts per millimetre, so the material can bridge live components safely. The natural viscosity holds the pad in place during assembly yet allows clean removal and reuse when servicing. Being non-corrosive and non-toxic, it protects metal surfaces and poses no handling hazard.
