The Lite-On iHAS324-08 is an internal DVD burner that fits a standard 5.25-inch drive bay and connects through a SATA interface. It writes single-layer DVD±R discs at 24X and dual-layer media at 8X, storing up to 8.5 GB per disc. A 2 MB buffer works with Smart-Burn and Smart-Write technologies to reduce failed burns. The tray-load mechanism accepts all common DVD and CD formats.
