Sustained operation behaviour

Driver-free support means the board enumerates as a standard HID device on Raspbian, Ubuntu, Kali, Windows 10 IoT and Retropie. Multi-touch remains at five points on Raspberry Pi and Windows desktop editions, while Jetson Nano and other Linux variants fall back to single-point input. No kernel modules or firmware flashes are required during extended sessions.

Thermals, noise and power

The panel draws power directly from the HDMI host port, so thermal load scales with the host device rather than adding a separate heat source.
