Four-channel RS485 expansion

The LORDWORLD module adds four independent RS485 ports to a single USB connection, letting industrial equipment, sensors or automation nodes communicate concurrently without sharing a bus. Each channel operates separately so data from one device never blocks another.

Replaces single-port USB-RS485 adapters

When a project needs more than one RS485 link, this unit removes the need for multiple dongles or a powered hub, saving desk space and USB ports. The upgrade makes sense once the device count exceeds one or when cable runs must stay isolated per channel.

Sustained industrial operation

Onboard TVS diodes, a resettable fuse and protection diodes clamp surges and over-current events that appear during long cable runs or lightning exposure. The 120R termination resistors are DIP-switch selectable per channel, keeping signal integrity stable over distances up to 1.2 km at speeds from 1200 to 460800 bps. The aluminium CNC case dissipates heat without fans, so the converter maintains throughput during continuous polling cycles.
