LUOM YC-320 USB 3.0 Type-C OTG Card Reader

The LUOM YC-320 is a compact 2-in-1 external card reader with USB-C and USB-A connectors. It reads SD and Micro SD cards up to 128G capacity, including UHS-I variants. The device works with Windows Vista and later, plus Android phones or tablets that support OTG. It is not compatible with iPhone, iPad or SIM cards.

Practical limits of USB 3.0 interface

Data transfers reach up to 5Gbps, roughly ten times faster than USB 2.0 at 480 Mbps, and the reader remains backward compatible with USB 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0 ports. Actual throughput depends on the card speed class and the host controller. Both card slots share the single USB 3.0 bus, so simultaneous heavy reads from both cards will divide the available bandwidth.

Verify that your computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet has a USB-A 3.0, USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port and, for mobile devices, that OTG functionality is enabled. Confirm your memory cards are SDXC, SDHC, SD, MMC, RS-MMC, Micro SDXC, Micro SDHC, Micro SD or UHS-I types. No driver installation or external power supply is required.
