Indoor and outdoor LED driver

The HLG-80H-12A is a 60W 12V 5A AC-DC switch-mode power supply built for constant-voltage and constant-current LED lighting. Its IP65 and IP67 rated aluminium housing withstands dust and water ingress in street lamps, mining lamps and industrial control installations.

Integration into a lighting system

The unit accepts a wide AC input range and provides adjustable output voltage and current to match specific LED arrays. Two-level power factor correction reduces harmonic distortion on the mains, while the -40 °C cold-start capability ensures reliable ignition in freezing environments.

Sustained load behaviour

Five-gram vibration resistance and a fully potted aluminium shell dissipate heat without a fan, allowing continuous operation at full 60W output.
