This 300 W TFX unit replaces the original power supply in the HP Compaq Presario CQ4000KL. It fits slimline and small form factor chassis that require the TFX footprint. The supply delivers 300 W of continuous power for systems previously equipped with 200, 250, 300 or 350 W units. Builders working on other platforms or larger ATX cases should choose a different form factor.

The supply is rated for 300 W steady output rather than a short-term peak, so it maintains rated power during extended workloads. An 80 mm cooling fan with double ball bearings provides airflow without the noise penalty of sleeve-bearing designs.
