This kit delivers 1.5 TB of DDR4 memory across twelve 128 GB RDIMMs. Each module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.20 V operation. The 4Rx4 organisation and registered design target Thinkmate rackmount servers that require high-density ECC memory.
