This kit provides 1.5 TB of DDR4 3200 ECC registered memory in twelve 128 GB modules. It is built for ThinkMate GPX-QN4-22E2-4NVLINK and GPX-QN12-24E2-10GPU GPU-optimised servers that require registered DIMMs with error correction.
Suits ThinkMate GPU servers needing 1.5 TB.
The modules are validated for the two ThinkMate GPU-optimised server models listed. Systems that use unbuffered memory, a different DDR generation, or a lower maximum module capacity cannot use this kit.
12 × 128 GB 4Rx4 registered DDR4 at 1.20 V
Each module is a 288-pin 4Rx4 registered DIMM running at 1.20 V with CL22 latency. The 4Rx4 organisation and registered buffer are the decisive factors for compatibility with the target ThinkMate server memory controllers.
