1.5TB DDR5 ECC RDIMM kit
This 1.5TB memory kit contains sixteen 96GB DDR5 4800 CL40 registered DIMMs. It is built for ThinkMate TWX-QS8-14E4 and TWX-QS8-24E4 tower servers that require ECC registered memory. The modules operate at 1.1V using major OEM DRAM from Samsung Micron or Hynix. Buyers needing non-ECC unbuffered DIMMs or a different capacity should look elsewhere.
Sustained load stability
Each module is stress tested under load before shipping to verify reliability in continuous server workloads. The registered design and on-die ECC protect data integrity during extended operations. CL40 latency and 4800 MT/s throughput provide consistent bandwidth for multi-threaded applications. Systems without DDR5 RDIMM slots cannot use this kit.
Installation notes
The 288-pin DDR5 RDIMMs install vertically into compatible server DIMM slots following the platform manual population rules.
