This NEMIX RAM kit supplies 128GB of DDR4 memory across sixteen 8GB registered DIMMs. It is built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting code and registered signalling for data integrity under sustained load.

The modules are ECC RDIMMs designed for the ASUS KRPA-U16 motherboard with AMD EPYC 7002 processors. Systems that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or that lack registered-memory support cannot use this kit.

Registered ECC RDIMM format

Each DIMM is a 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM running at 3200MT/s with CL22 latency at 1.20V. The registered buffer and ECC function are the decisive factors for compatibility with the target server platform.
