This 128GB kit provides four 32GB DDR5 UDIMM modules rated at 5200 MT/s with CL38 latency. It is built for Supermicro desktop workstations such as the SYS-531AD-I and C9Z790-CG platforms. The modules are non-ECC, unbuffered and operate at 1.1V using Samsung, Micron or Hynix chips.
Without a heat spreader the modules rely on case airflow to stay cool. At the rated 1.1V voltage the power draw remains modest for DDR5, keeping temperatures low during typical desktop workloads. Silent operation is assured because no active cooling is attached to the memory.
Under prolonged stress testing the kit maintains its rated 5200 speed and CL38 timings without throttling. The 2Rx8 organisation supports stable throughput for extended compile, rendering or virtualisation sessions.
