This 1 TB kit contains sixteen 64 GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC RDIMMs built for the Tyan Transport SX TS65A-B8036 server. Each module runs at 1.2 V with CL22 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation. The memory is validated for mission-critical enterprise workloads that demand error correction and registered signalling.

DDR4-3200 Registered ECC Limits

The DDR4-3200 interface tops out at 25 600 MB/s per module, so total bandwidth scales with the number of populated channels on the host board. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of latency but allows the platform to address all sixteen modules without signal degradation. ECC operation requires a motherboard that supports registered DIMMs and the matching RAS features.

1 TB Capacity and Headroom

Sixteen ranks of 64 GB each deliver 1 TB of addressable memory, suitable for large virtualisation clusters, in-memory databases and heavy simulation jobs. The 4Rx4 density means each rank is quad-rank, so the platform must support that rank depth per channel. Workloads exceeding 1 TB or needing faster than 3200 MT/s will require a different memory generation or additional sockets.
