288-pin DDR4 registered population

Each module uses the 288-pin RDIMM form factor and operates at 1.2 V with a CAS latency of 22. The 8Rx4 rank organisation places a heavy load on the memory controller, so the platform must support quad-channel or octa-channel DDR4 3200 with registered ECC DIMMs. Four slots are consumed by this kit.
