This NEMIX RAM kit provides 256GB of DDR5 4800 registered ECC memory across four 64GB modules. It is built for ThinkMate GPX-WS-740RTP7 workstations that require registered DIMMs with error correction for data integrity.

Capacity and registered headroom

The 2Rx4 organisation on each 64GB module delivers high density at 1.10V with CL40 latency. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full 256GB to be populated; unbuffered consumer boards cannot accept these modules.

DDR5 RDIMM interface limits

The 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor operates at 4800 MT/s (PC5-38400) and requires a platform that supports registered ECC memory. Systems lacking DDR5 RDIMM support or ECC capability will not boot with this kit installed.
