Capacity and configuration
This kit supplies 256GB of DDR4 memory across eight 32GB registered DIMMs. It is built for ThinkMate GPX-XN6-24S3-10GPU GPU-optimised servers that require ECC RDIMM modules.
Build integration
Each module runs at 3200MHz with CL22 latency at 1.20V and uses a 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design places a register on the command bus, so the memory controller must support registered DIMMs and the motherboard must provide 288-pin DDR4 slots.
Target fit
