This 32 GB DDR5 5600 module is built for the Dell PowerEdge R6615 rack server. It uses registered ECC memory with a 2Rx4 layout to meet enterprise reliability standards. IT teams can install it to expand capacity for virtualization, database or AI workloads.

Registered ECC design runs at 1.1 V

The module operates at 1.10 volts and carries a CL46 CAS timing at the rated 5600 MT/s speed. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow through the server chassis handles cooling.
