This 384 GB kit contains eight 48 GB DDR5-6400 registered ECC RDIMMs built to the precise rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro H14SSL-N memory controller expects. Each module is a 288-pin 2Rx8 device running at 1.1 V with CL52 latency. The registered architecture allows all slots to be populated at full rated capacity without down-clocking.
Operating at the standard DDR5 server voltage of 1.10 V keeps per-module power draw low even with all eight DIMMs installed. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare PCB is the only cooling path; ensure the chassis fan wall delivers steady front-to-back flow. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, contributing to quieter, cooler operation under sustained load.
