512GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit
This 512GB kit contains sixteen 32GB DDR4 3200MHz registered DIMMs with ECC and CL22 latency. It is built for Thinkmate RAX and XS rackmount servers that require 2Rx8 registered memory at 1.2V.
Replaces lower-capacity or non-ECC modules
The jump is worth it when your workload hits the memory ceiling on a supported Thinkmate platform and you need the full 512GB across all populated slots. Systems that cannot address this density or that require unbuffered DIMMs will not benefit.
288-pin RDIMM installation
Modules seat in standard DDR4 RDIMM slots; the registered buffer adds a slight insertion force compared with unbuffered sticks. Common issues are mixing ranks or speeds across channels and forgetting to enable ECC in the firmware after the upgrade.
