Tyan TS65A-B8036 512GB DDR4 kit

This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR4 RDIMMs built for the Tyan Transport SX TS65A-B8036 server. Each module runs at 3200MHz with CL22 latency and 1.2V operation. Registered ECC design targets enterprise workloads that demand data integrity.

DDR4 3200 registered ECC limits

Registered DIMMs add a clock cycle of buffering so the memory controller sees a lighter electrical load. The DDR4 3200 interface caps peak bandwidth at the PC4-25600 rate. ECC corrects single-bit errors but cannot repair multi-bit failures.

512GB capacity for dense virtualization

Four ranks per module (4Rx4) pack maximum density into each 288-pin slot. The kit fills four slots to reach 512GB, suitable for large in-memory databases or heavy container hosts. Systems needing more than 512GB must use higher-capacity DIMMs or additional memory channels.
