512 GB DDR5 4800 ECC RDIMM Kit

This 512 GB kit contains four 128 GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL40 latency. It is built for Thinkmate Supermicro SuperServer 511E-WR and 521E-WR platforms that require registered memory. The modules operate at 1.1 V and use a 288-pin DDR5 form factor.

Sustained load behaviour with 4Rx4 organisation

Each module uses a 4Rx4 rank structure to deliver high density across four slots. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during continuous operation. ECC corrects single-bit errors in real time to maintain data integrity under prolonged server workloads.

Upgrade path for compatible Thinkmate servers

The kit replaces lower-capacity DDR5 RDIMM sets in Thinkmate 511E-WR and 521E-WR systems when 512 GB total memory is required. The jump is justified when virtualisation density, in-memory databases or large dataset processing exceed the limits of smaller configurations.
