This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate Supermicro SuperServer 111C-NR and 121C-TN2R or TN10 platforms. The modules operate at 1.1V with CL40 latency and include on-die ECC for data integrity in enterprise workloads. They are validated for the specified server models and ship as a matched quad-channel set.

Suited for ThinkMate server upgrades only

IT teams expanding memory in the listed ThinkMate SuperServer chassis can install these RDIMMs directly. Buyers with consumer motherboards, non-ThinkMate workstations, or systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs cannot use this registered ECC kit. The 288-pin DDR5 form factor and 4Rx4 organisation also prevent use in platforms limited to lower rank counts.
