This 512 GB kit contains eight 64 GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate GPX-XH20-28S4-8HGX GPU-optimised server. ECC and registered operation protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.1 V and carry a CL40 latency rating.

288-pin registered form factor

Each stick uses the standard 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM layout with 2Rx4 organisation and no heat spreader. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight slots to be populated reliably. Installation follows the server motherboard’s documented slot population rules.

DDR5 4800 platform limit
