64GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR4 2933 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL21 latency. It is built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting registered memory running at 1.2V. The modules use major OEM chips from Samsung, Micron or Hynix and carry the part number MR23400-324K2.

Check motherboard RDIMM support

Verify that your system accepts 288-pin DDR4 registered DIMMs and supports a 2Rx4 rank configuration at 2933 MT/s. The board must be compatible with ECC registered memory and able to operate at 1.20V.
