Capacity and form factor

This is a 64GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit supplied as two 32GB modules. Each stick uses a 288-pin registered design with a 2Rx8 organisation and runs at 3200 MT/s with a CAS latency of 22 at 1.20V.

Suitable for ThinkMate servers only

The memory is validated for ThinkMate HDX-XN24-52S3, HDX-XN24-32S3, HDX-XN12-52S3 and HDX-XN12-32S3 platforms. Systems that require unbuffered UDIMMs, non-ECC memory or a different pin count cannot use this kit.

Registered ECC with 2Rx8 ranking
