This 64GB kit delivers two 32GB DDR4 3200 UDIMMs rated at CL22 and 1.2V. The modules are unbuffered ECC 2Rx8 parts built with major OEM DRAM and carry a 288-pin layout. They target ASRock X570 Taichi owners who need maximum supported memory with error correction.
Upgrade path
