This 64GB kit contains two 32GB DDR5 UDIMM modules built for the ThinkMate TWX-QS4-14R7 tower server. It runs at 4800 MT/s with a CAS latency of CL40 and operates at 1.1V. The unbuffered non-ECC design targets standard desktop and workstation platforms that accept 288-pin DDR5 memory.
