This kit provides 64GB of DDR4 3200 memory in four 16GB registered DIMMs. It is built for THINKMATE GPX workstations that require ECC protection and registered signalling for data-integrity workloads.
Fits four 288-pin DDR4 slots
The modules occupy four DIMM slots and run at 1.2V with CL22 timing. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, leaving headroom for large-capacity configurations in compatible THINKMATE GPX-WS-540RTP, GPX-WS-740RTP or GPX-WS-760S1 systems.
Passive operation at standard voltage
