This 64GB kit contains eight 8GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs with ECC and CL22 latency. It is built for ThinkMate GPX-XS12-24S3-8GPU GPU-optimised servers that require registered memory. The modules run at 1.2V and use a 288-pin form factor.

Upgrade from non-ECC or lower-capacity DDR4

Replaces unbuffered or non-ECC DDR4 modules that cannot meet the server’s registered memory requirement. The jump is worth it when the workload demands error correction and the full 64GB capacity across all twelve slots. Systems limited to unbuffered memory cannot use this kit.

Limited to DDR4 3200 registered DIMM slots

The kit only works in platforms that accept DDR4 3200 registered RDIMMs with 1Rx8 organisation. It will not function in boards that require unbuffered UDIMMs, load-reduced LRDIMMs, or a different DDR generation. Mixing with non-registered modules will prevent boot.
