This 64GB kit contains eight 8GB DDR4 3200 ECC unbuffered UDIMMs built for Thinkmate TWX-XS4-14W3 tower servers. Each module runs at 1.2V with CL22 latency and a 1Rx8 organisation using major OEM DRAM from Samsung, Micron or Hynix. The 288-pin form factor fits standard DDR4 UDIMM slots in compatible Thinkmate platforms.

The bundle delivers the full 64GB capacity in a single matched kit so the memory controller sees identical timing, voltage and rank configuration across all populated slots. No extra cables, software or heat spreaders are included; installation follows the system owner's manual and typically takes only minutes. ECC functionality activates automatically on supported hardware.

Unbuffered UDIMM practicality

Unbuffered ECC modules keep the signal path direct between the memory controller and DRAM, which suits workstation and entry-level server boards that do not require registered DIMMs. The 288-pin DDR4 interface ensures mechanical compatibility with the target Thinkmate tower, while the 1.2V operating voltage matches standard DDR4 power rails. Absence of heat spreaders allows tighter DIMM spacing in dense server chassis.
