This 64 GB kit comprises eight 8 GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC modules built to the PC4-25600 standard. It targets administrators upgrading Supermicro X12SPT-G or X12SPT-GC motherboards where the memory controller expects registered DIMMs with on-die ECC.

CL22 latency and 1Rx8 organisation

Rated at CL22 and 1.20 V, the kit delivers 3200 MT/s across all eight slots when populated per the board's memory-population rules. The single-rank-per-module layout keeps electrical loading low, but total capacity is fixed at 64 GB; workloads that need more memory per socket cannot be satisfied by this kit.

288-pin registered form factor without spreaders

Each module uses the 288-pin RDIMM form factor required by the target motherboards and omits heat spreaders to fit dense server chassis. Registered buffering offloads the memory controller for stable operation at full population, while ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly. Builders using consumer boards that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs cannot install these modules.
