Capacity and compatibility
This 64GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered DIMM is built for Thinkmate RAX-PT rackmount servers. The single-module design adds maximum capacity per slot for IT teams running virtualisation or database workloads.
Build and installation
The 288-pin RDIMM uses major OEM chips from Samsung Micron or Hynix and operates at 1.2V with CL22 latency. No heat spreader is fitted so airflow in dense chassis is unrestricted and installation follows standard server DIMM procedures.
Upgrade path
The module replaces lower-capacity DDR4 RDIMMs in the validated Thinkmate models to increase total memory without adding slots. The jump is worthwhile when workloads exceed current memory headroom and the platform supports 4Rx4 registered modules.
