This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 768 GB across eight 96 GB DDR5 registered DIMMs built for SuperMicro B13SEG platforms. Each module runs at 5600 MT/s with CL46 latency and 1.1 V operation. The 2Rx4 organisation and on-die ECC target enterprise workloads that demand data integrity and high density.
Operating at the standard 1.1 V DDR5 voltage keeps power draw predictable for densely populated server boards. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the 288-pin modules must be maintained by the chassis design. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller during sustained throughput.
Major OEM Samsung, Micron or Hynix DRAM chips are assembled into a 288-pin RDIMM form factor that seats in standard DDR5 server slots. The eight-module kit fills all channels on compatible SuperMicro B13SEG motherboards for maximum capacity. ECC and registered operation require a platform that supports both features.
