This NEMIX RAM module delivers 128GB of DDR5-4800 (PC5-38400) capacity in a 288-pin Registered DIMM form factor. It operates at 1.10V with CL40 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. ECC and registered buffering provide the data-integrity and signal-integrity features required by the Supermicro H13SSL-N motherboard.

Thermals noise and power draw

Running at the standard 1.10V DDR5 voltage, the module draws minimal power and generates low heat without a heat spreader. Passive airflow in a typical server chassis is sufficient for normal operation. No active cooling or additional power connectors are needed.

Upgrade path and fitment
