Each stick runs at 1.1V with CL40 timing in a 288-pin RDIMM form factor.

Sustained-load behaviour

Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all twelve slots operate at rated speed without throttling. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption during long compute runs. The 1Rx4 organisation keeps electrical loading consistent across the full population.

Installation notes

Modules must follow the motherboard's exact population sequence; the manual dictates which slots fill first. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow across the bare PCB is required. Mixing with UDIMM or different-rank DIMMs will prevent the system from posting.
