Mixing kits is not recommended. The server's memory controller expects identical rank, voltage and timing across every populated slot; this kit uses 1Rx8 modules at 1.1 V CL40, so adding modules with different specifications can prevent full-speed operation or cause boot failures.

How can I verify the kit is running at DDR5 4800 CL40 1.1 V after installation?

Enter the BIOS or use a hardware-information tool such as CPU-Z or dmidecode; each module should report 4800 MT/s, CAS latency 40, 1.1 V and Registered ECC 1Rx8. The Supermicro H14DSH will also display the total 256 GB capacity during POST when all 16 slots are filled.

Does the package contain only the 16 RDIMMs or are any cables, brackets or tools included?

The box contains only the 16 x 16 GB DDR5 4800 ECC Registered RDIMMs. No cables, brackets, heat spreaders or installation tools are supplied; the modules install directly into the 288-pin DIMM sockets on the motherboard.
