This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 1.5TB across twelve 128GB DDR5 RDIMM modules rated at 6400 MT/s with CL52 latency and 1.1V operation. It targets administrators scaling memory capacity on the GIGABYTE MZ73-LM0 motherboard where registered ECC DIMMs are required.
The registered buffer offloads the memory controller so all twelve slots can run fully populated at rated speed, while on-die ECC corrects single-bit errors before they reach the operating system. No heat spreaders are included, so airflow across the bare modules must be provided by the chassis.
DDR5 6400 at 2Rx4 density places high electrical load on the memory controller; full twelve-slot population may require BIOS updates or relaxed timings to remain stable. Systems that only accept UDIMM or SODIMM form factors cannot use these 288-pin RDIMMs at all.
