This 768GB kit contains eight 96GB DDR5-4800 RDIMM modules built to the precise rank, voltage and timing the Supermicro H14DST-FL memory controller expects. Registered ECC architecture offloads the controller so every slot runs fully populated at rated speed while correcting single-bit errors on the fly. The 288-pin form factor matches the board's physical slots exactly.
The PC5-38400 standard caps data-rate at 4800 MT/s with a CAS latency of 40 cycles at 1.1V. Registered buffering allows full-capacity population across all channels, but the memory controller cannot exceed this JEDEC speed grade. Mixing modules of different rank or voltage will force the system to down-clock or fail to train.
Verify the Supermicro H14DST-FL manual for approved DIMM population order, maximum supported capacity per channel and any BIOS version requirements before ordering. The board requires 288-pin Registered DDR5 RDIMMs; UDIMM or SODIMM modules will not fit or function. Ensure your configuration matches the 2Rx4 rank structure of this kit.
