This 512GB kit contains four 128GB DDR5 4800 ECC RDIMM modules built for the ASUS RS700-E11-RS12U 1U dual-socket server. Registered DIMMs with on-die ECC protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The modules run at 1.10V with CL40 latency and a 4Rx4 organisation.

Quad-channel 4Rx4 layout

Four 288-pin RDIMMs populate each memory channel to deliver maximum registered capacity per socket. The 4Rx4 rank structure allows the memory controller to interleave across ranks for sustained throughput. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow in the 1U chassis must be sufficient for bare DRAM packages.

Verify DIMM slots and BIOS revision
