It is an unmanaged Layer 2 switch designed for small offices or home networks that need additional wired connections without any configuration. The 8K MAC address table and 9216-byte jumbo frame support suit typical desktop and entertainment traffic.

Fanless metal case keeps noise at zero

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts so the unit runs silently in quiet rooms. Maximum power draw is 3.04 W and standby drops to 0.36 W thanks to energy-efficient Ethernet that scales consumption with link status and cable length. The 128 KB buffer and non-blocking switching fabric maintain full duplex performance on all eight ports simultaneously during prolonged transfers.
