The NZXT RF-R236R-WF is a 360 mm single-frame assembly that holds three 120 mm reverse-blade fans in one housing. Each fan spins up to 2,200 ± 220 RPM, delivering 62.14 CFM and 2.7 mmH₂O of static pressure at 34.39 dBA. The reverse orientation places the illuminated side forward, making the unit suited for glass-panel cases where the lighting is meant to be seen.

Simplified installation and lighting control

The all-in-one frame reduces mounting to four screws and a single NZXT 8-pin connection, cutting cable count compared to three separate fans. Twenty-four addressable RGB LEDs are built into the frame and face the viewer, allowing colour and effect synchronisation through NZXT CAM when paired with a Control Hub or compatible motherboard header.

Fluid Dynamic Bearings and long-term reliability

Each fan uses a Fluid Dynamic Bearing rated for 60,000 hours of operation, while anti-vibration corners on the frame dampen resonance at higher speeds. The single-piece construction keeps the three rotors aligned, so airflow stays consistent through radiators or dense mesh without the gaps that can appear between individually mounted fans.
