The Orico K20Mini 1TB portable SSD in gold attaches magnetically to compatible devices using the supplied ring. It connects via a Type-C interface and fits in a pocket at 60mm by 68mm by 7.5mm. Sustained Transfer Behaviour

Sequential read reaches 2000MB/s and write reaches 1800MB/s, allowing continuous 4K 120fps ProRes HDR recording directly to the drive. The aluminium body acts as a heat spreader to maintain these speeds during extended sessions. Performance scales with the host controller so sustained throughput depends on the device you connect it to.

Type-C Interface Practical Limits

The drive uses a Type-C connector and works with iPhone 15, 16 and 17 Pro or Max models plus tablets and computers. It does not support Apple phones that still use Lightning connectors. Actual speed is limited by the host port specification and cable quality, so older USB ports will reduce the available bandwidth.
