What this enclosure does
The Orico ORICO-9610-C3 turns a single M.2 NVMe drive into a portable USB 3.2 Type-C device that supports up to 4TB of storage. It accepts 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 form factors with M-key or M+B-key pinouts. A cooling vest and silicone thermal pad are included to help manage heat during operation.
Check your drive and host port
Verify that your SSD uses the NVMe protocol and matches one of the supported lengths before ordering. The enclosure connects through a USB 3.2 Type-C cable, so your host must provide a compatible Type-C port to reach the stated 10Gbps link speed. No driver installation is required on Windows, Mac OS, Linux or Android.

The supplied cooling vest and thermal pad are designed to keep temperatures lower during prolonged transfers rather than brief bursts. UASP and Trim support help maintain consistent throughput when the drive is busy for extended periods.
