Server ECC RDIMM Kit

This 128GB kit contains four 32GB DDR3 1600 registered ECC modules built for Supermicro X9SRG, X9SRH, X9SRi, X9SRL and X9SRW motherboards. The 4Rx4 organisation and CL11 timing at 1.5V match the JEDEC PC3-12800 specification for workstation and server platforms. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory.

Registered 240-Pin Upgrade

Each module uses a 240-pin DDR3 interface and registered signalling to reduce electrical load on the memory controller. The kit frees all four DIMM slots on supported boards for a single high-capacity installation without mixing ranks.
