This single 128GB DDR5 4800 CL40 4Rx4 288-pin 1.1V ECC registered RDIMM is built for Gigabyte TO25-S10, TO25-S11, TO25-S12, TO25-Z10 and TO25-Z11 systems. It targets administrators upgrading workstation or server memory capacity with a JEDEC-compliant module.

DDR5 4800 registered ECC limits

The DDR5 4800 PC5-38400 interface requires a platform that supports registered ECC RDIMMs; it will not operate in standard desktop boards or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs. Mixing registered and unbuffered memory is not supported by the memory controller.

Replaces smaller registered DDR5 RDIMMs
